Return Policy


Your satisfaction is important to us!  We have a 30-day no hassle return policy from the date of purchase.  If you are not totally satisfied, or if your order was damaged during shipping, please fill out our Return Authorization Request Form within 30 days of your order delivery date by clicking here. 




One of our team members will verify and respond to your request with 2-3 business days and provide our Authorization Instructions for your return / exchange / refund. 


When Returning Your Order:  For identification purposes, please include your Order Confirmation in the box, along with the product(s) with all accessories in the original packaging for exchange or return. Ship the product back to us with protective packaging for safe transit within 3 business days of our approval using a carrier of your choice.  We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method for your return.  100 SENSES is not responsible for any damaged returns or returns lost in transit.

We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Replacement or exchange requests will be processed within 3-4 business days of receipt of your return and will be shipped via standard ground service.  Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once your return is received and approved, we'll send you an email confirming the processing of your exchange or replacement.



For Refunds: Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we'll refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser for the approved amount of the purchase, minus shipping, within 3-4 days of receiving your return. We cannot issue refunds unless the product(s) are returned.

100 SENSES maintains the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether you are entitled to a refund and, if so, the amount of the refund you are eligible to receive. Products listed as final sale are not refundable. 100 SENSES reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to provide a refund or accept your order for any reason – including, but not limited to, if we deem your order to be suspicious or fraudulent in any way.
