Creating soulful experiences and making things that matter.

I’ve been obsessed with the “how” and the “why” of things for as long as I can remember. As a creative director, storyteller, designer and seeker, I’ve spent my career asking questions in search of fundamental truths: What makes a soulful experience, a conscious product, a thoughtful life? What is worth our time and effort? How can we build more joy and more meaning into our days, and make things that matter?

This is the heart of our inquiry and the soul of our practice at 100 SENSES.

We spend all of our time at 100 SENSES making products designed to nourish people from the inside out. We think deeply about the architecture of everyday happiness and how we can add more beauty to the world. Our products cater to every sense in the human body, beginning with hearts and minds. We believe in the power of water — the primal source of everything — to heal, soothe and wash away the nonsense. Today, letting go of the noise has never been more important.

OUR NAME

Our name, 100 SENSES, represents the idea that we’re just scratching the surface of our human potential.

We’re all taught from childhood that humans have five senses, a list that was first codified by Aristotle in 350 B.C.  In the 2,300 years since then, scientific analysis has shown we have far more senses than five — some say 20, 30 and theoretically more, depending on classification. Perception, emotion and context all play a part in the way our senses operate. In other words: There’s an art to the way we perceive the world, and how we live our lives.

At 100 SENSES, we strive to experience the world in a supersensory way – cultivating all our powers of awareness: body, mind and soul.
