Thoroughly wet your hair and the Body Bar. Gently swipe the bar directly across your hair 3-4 times around your scalp. Work up the luxurious, foamy lather in your hands and massage into your hair, concentrating on the scalp and roots only, where the follicles are. Lather your scalp and prepare to be amazed. The rich foam cleanses all hair types — long, thick, fine, curly — more beautifully than liquid shampoos, with just a few swipes and far less waste. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with hair conditioner for detangling and conditioning.

To extend use, keep your Ultimate Body Bar™ well ventilated on an elevated surface like the 3D Pyramid Body Bar Rest, allowing it to dry thoroughly after each use. Don't let it sit directly in your shower stream or in pooling water. Work up the rich lather in your hands rather than rubbing the bar directly onto a washcloth or loofah, which will wear the bar down faster. Enjoy!
